Follow the yellow brick road -Its back to school we go

Numbers don’t lie. We are in alternate universe where our former existence seems strange and our new reality is off putting. Still- there are formalities that we as “humans” cannot ignore. I mentioned I had a personal milestone coming up earlier this month -I also have-rather my older daughter has a different right of passage that I do not take for granted-that is she is graduating from college this spring. 

For so many graduates this is a challenging time. Fatigue, atypical stress and frustration sometimes replace joy-but- I reject this premise and I am asking my daughter to as well. 

My daughter worked hard to achieve her goals. She sacrificed time and social opportunities to graduate at the top of her class. My advice to her is to follow the yellow brick road. You have a plan and created a plan. See it through the end – with Joy-knowing that your perseverance will result in a promising future!
