Milestone

This is a big year for me. I am comfortable calling if a milestone year! Our daughter graduated from college, My husband and I celebrated 25 years of marriage and our daughter with ASD is turning 15. I cannot believe where the time went. Have you ever used the time lapse function on your phone? Try it. It is like life. Years and year distilled into seconds. I am grateful for the milestone and for the journey. I lost some significant people in my life over the past few years and I take nothing for granted!
I do not take for granted that we have two healthy daughters that we want the best for. I do not take for granted that my husband and I have built a life together and that we love our life. I do not take for granted that life is fragile and constantly spontaneous.

Having reached this small milestone in my life I would say this~ You never know what lies ahead but a new day will always come if you let it.
