I feel SO Alive
Our daughter experienced a true first this week. She put her hands on a steering wheel, adjusted her mirror, checked her surroundings and slowly drove off. We were speechless.
Our family always prepared our daughter to transition into adulthood. We discuss age appropriate milestones and the importance of independence. BUT seeing is truly believing! AND hearing her say, “I feel SO Alive” changed our spirit infinitely.
Watch out world- our daughter knows she can DO this adulting THING!
