If you’re going to pray, why worry If you’re going to worry, why pray!

You always have life lessons from when you are a child. You know, you remember statements that stuck in your brain.

  • To be early is to be on time.
  • Why, buy the cow, when you can get the milk for free??
  • Nothing good happens after 3 AM?

And the one I’m focused on here which is:

  • Either pray or worry – but do not do both!

After a month full of celebration our daughter fully embraced becoming 18 and took off to start her new adventure, driving herself daily to and from her summer camp. We were in awe. You see we have both prayed and worried about her thriving since she was about 2 years old. Seeing her wake up, pack her bags, walk her dog, charge her car and GO brought us tremendous joy. We were reminded that prayers matter and worrying is not healthy. What will be will be. Have faith!
