Jaih + Kim = 30
I could have never imagined that my friend, partner in crime, partner and love, boyfriend and husband and I would make it to 30 years. But here we are. 30 years ago tomorrow- Halloween, my husband took me on our first date. Since then we have laughed and cried a lot like many couples. During our journey with ASD we found couples who shared our path of joys and obstacles. Unfortunately we have watched many of these couples who started on the same journey separate or divorce. Real truth It is hard! Sometimes you do not see eye to eye at all. No one can tell you the amount of sacrifice it will take daily and sometimes hourly to support a child on the Spectrum. It is a privilege that impacts your soul and tests your endurance. I want to thank my spouse, my forever friend, my soul-mate for staying in the fight with me and loving me in good and bad times.
