So I have done this before.

  • Take a daughter to college

  • Handle the change in energy that occurs

  • Bring the daughter back

  • Watch her come Back to LiFE and Back to Reality!

I was unsure how Emersen would do when she came home – to my surprise there was no difference between our older daughter and younger daughter, which demonstrates that persons on the AUTISM Spectrum experience life in many ways the same as we all do.

  • She had way too much laundry

  • She is staying up all night and sleeping all day

  • Has a new habit of ordering and eating out

  • Monopolizes what we watch as a family

  • And does not always want direction

There is a comfort in knowing who you are and our daughter certainly does.
