This is Not a Dress Rehearsal

I had some time to reflect over the past month and really-PAUSE. It was wonderful to be in my own space and really think about life and the footprint we want to leave. I was in a space of gratitude-meditating over challenges and triumphs when I recalled what my aunt said, “This is Not a Dress Rehearsal”.

Each of us ON a DAILY basis have challenges that and TAKE over our existence.

Often times we are uncomfortable sharing out of fear of judgment. I guess what I want to say is that this LIFE is your only opportunity to be who you are.

  • It is OK to not be OK

  • It is OK to embrace your brightness

  • It is OK to Accept your failures

  • It is OK to be you.

As 2022 gets underway it is my sincere prayer that YOU step into YOUR authentic space-whatever that looks like.
