So my husband is a soccer fan. Well I’m being really mild about this he is a soccer fanatic!
Although I appreciate the game I literally watch it with him solely to hear the commentator scream in a long monotone voice GOOAAALLLLL!!
That is exactly how I felt this weekend. After making this very long journey-protecting my child at all costs and showing her what life could be she made a GOAL!
She followed her sister’s blueprint, did the work, overcame tremendous obstacles and was
admitted to the school of her choice.
Regardless of where the journey takes her from here she proved that patience, perseverance, grace, hard work and kindness pays off.
GOOOAAAALLLLLL!!
