My daughter had her first date with her new boyfriend a little over two months ago and now they are glued at the hip. It is quite interesting-every statement starts with my boyfriend this or my boyfriend that. Or-what about my boyfriend, or let me ask my boyfriend?
I guess my husband thought he would get different treatment when he went down to visit her and College, but he received the same treatment I did-meet my boyfriend!
My friends keep asking me. How do I feel. My response is simple- I am HAPPY.
- I am happy that my daughter found a friend!
- I am happy that my daughter found a friend who is also a boy!
- I am happy that my daughter does not feel so alone at college
- I feel like every other parent in the world happy that she is experiencing normalcy.
