So I Lost a Friend
Someone I loved from the time he took his first breath. Someone Who is truly beautiful inside and out. Someone who I look forward to seeing just because of his smile and gentle spirit. Someone I watched as a baby laugh as a toddler run as a kid explore as a teenager struggle as a young adult persevere and succeed. Yet I still lost someone I love.
Sometimes things just simply don’t make sense and no matter how much you try they never will. So, for now I accept that I lost someone I love.
