You cannot tell but the tree in this photo is pink. I know, right? Several years ago I blogged about this tree that I walked past many many times a week and never noticed was PINK. That day I learned it was time to REFLECT on what is important.
- So, what is important?
- Life is! We are always so concerned about the small stuff.
- Did you do your chores?
- Where are you with homework?
- What are you doing with your time?
The TRUTH is with a child on the spectrum you have daily reminder of what is seen and unseen.
Sometimes we do not stop to smell the roses because we simply do not pause to see what is in front of us and absorb the reality of where we are.
The reality is it is important to reflect and ENJOY the present.
