My older daughter came home today. We were all excited to see her for Easter but no one more than her sister! The hardest issue to deal with is connection. As parents of children on the spectrum you wonder if the people surrounding your child really care or if they are taking advantage of them.
Sisters may not be perfect but they are certainly have a real connection. I am grateful that are older daughter is home and more importantly to hear their chatter and joy.
